e. Prices of Products: All Listing Prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the Listing Prices at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.
3. Home Delivery Services
The user will receive a confirmation call after placing an order & payment confirmation for the orders selected as home delivery service to confirm all the details regarding the product and to confirm the delivery address. Incase the user wants to change any particular regarding the product/ products purchased can be done over the confirmation call.
4. Refunds/Returns/Repairs/Replacements
Return Policy:
All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in the Product terms and Returns Policy. EUROLIFE TECHNOLOGIES values its Customers and hence it facilitates its customer to resolve the issue pertaining to the Product or its return/repair etc.
If user on removing the packaging finds any defect/ damage of the product, user shall immediately get in touch with the company .

9. Payment
a. General: You may pay for the Product using any of the payment methods prescribed by EUROLIFE TECHNOLOGIES from time to time. When you place an Order, actual payment will be only charged upon acceptance of your Order. All payments shall be made to EUROLIFE TECHNOLOGIES .
b. Additional Terms: The payment methods may be subject to additional terms as prescribed by EUROLIFE TECHNOLOGIES from time to time.
c. Payment Methods: You agree that you are subject to the applicable user agreement of your payment method. You may not claim against EUROLIFE TECHNOLOGIES, for any failure, disruption or error in connection with your chosen payment method. EUROLIFE TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method without notice to you or giving any reason.
d. Failure to pay: If the Customer fails to make any payment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the payment method elected or payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to company, Company shall be entitled to cancel the Customer Contract or suspend delivery of the Products until payment is made in full.
e. Refund of Payment: All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, provided that such refund is processed within 48 hours from the time payment was successfully completed.
f. We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.
g. All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be borne by You.
h. All refunds are conditional upon our/Manufacturing Company’s acceptance of a valid return of the Product.
i. We reserve the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.

10. Indemnification:
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold EUROLIFE TECHNOLOGIES Platform, its affiliates, owner, directors, employees, and representatives harmless against any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, demands, fees, expenses and other costs of any kind or nature, including, without limitation, any attorney fees, expert fees, filing fees, legal issues, judgments, and settlement amounts associated therewith, as and when incurred, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any breach or alleged breach by you or any of yours employees, representatives or agents of any obligation, representation or warranty contained in this Agreement.
